Default 88 CRX pulling at HWY speeds

My 88 CRX DX is acting weird at 65+. Ill be driving it and it will almost jolt or dart left and right while going over 65. Ive never felt anything like it, its almost shuffling or getting yanked in either direction. It will be like 1-2 feet and at random. sometimes its to the left and sometimes its to the right. Is this an alignment issue or suspension? Is my sway bar bad? Usually if its alignment its a constant pull in one direction. but ive never felt this in a car before. its like tug of war and it happens really quick. its like its shifting to the left or right.

What could it be?

My guess is lots of toe in up front.

Check your wheels and tires. Make sure they're all torqued to spec and aired up evenly. One low pressure tire can create some bizarre symptoms.

Following that, get your car looked at on a hoist for any obvious issues. Then, if necessary check the alignment.

You must have a lot of play in your steering and suspension.

The likely place is the steering rack. There is a special bushing, only found at the dealer, if you think you can buy an aftermarket one, it's the wrong bushing, and it's only 10 bucks, called the steering rack end bushing that needs replacing.

Then the rest of the suspension like ball joints and tierods need inspection and likely replacement. It's just regular wear and tear for a 28 year old car.

Then get an alignment.

Check your rear trailing arm bushings. Weirdest thing I felt driving a car.
