Default fuel leaking, replacing the return line??

the car is a 95 accord lx f22b2.
yesterday I smelt gas and have discovered that I am leaking fuel. after fighting with that dumb black tray that holds the lines together I found the leak. it wore out where the clip would have been holding the line on what I believe is the return line, which somehow made to little pin holes. all 3 of the fuel lines are rusty and the brake lines don't look any better. so what I have found out and please correct me if I'm wrong but from passenger side to driver side its a vent, return, feed, and then 2 brake lines.
when I turn the key to where the fuel pump turns on it comes out a steady stream. which confuses us on whether its the feed or return line?!

my question is,

is it actually the return line?

which of the fuel lines are pressurized?

with my fuel lines being rusty can I just cut out a section and replace it by flaring them or should I find braided rubber line and just use hose clamps

thanks for the help.

The system will be pressurized. Feed line, which will be a larger tube, will have a higher pressure than the return line, but both will still be pressurized.

Vent should not have fuel coming out of it, it will be the line that reaches over to the canister across the firewall.
Return will be the middle line. Follow it from the fuel rail after the FPR.
Feed should be a slightly larger and will go to the fuel filter and then continue on to the fuel rail.

thanks for the help.
If you cut the line and use high pressure fuel hose to replace the damaged part, you will still need to flare the ends of the existing line to add a bulb so the hose will not blow off when pressure is applied.
Advantage of the hose is you do not have to cut the hose exactly the same size to fit, and may be easier to install. However, be wary if the damaged section adds structural support to the fuel line assembly, or a body clamp is used in the damaged area, you will then need to find a way to support the fuel line.

now why after about 3 or 4 days this dang thing is still leaking? on and off. and right now i thought i could maybe just keep it from leaking by splitting a rubber line and using pipe clamps, and i just tighten them to where there a little tighter then snug so i dont crush the metal rusty line.... and it still seems to get through and leak. very frustrated cause right before this happen i basically filled up.

its the middle one thats leaking which you said is the return line. is there anyway i can just get it to stop leaking. it goes for about a half hour then stops for a long time?!

and if i were to do this, is the only way to cut the line with a pipe cutter? is there another way cause i really dont want to separate the lines so none other crack. i have very little wiggle room.

thanks for the help i just want it to stop!!!!!!!
