Hi I have an h23 bluetop VTEC on a 1996 Accord ex. Here's the problem: I have owned this car myself and built this car including swap done myself also. Then I sold it to some guy which then a year later he asked if I want to buy it back which I did buy it back as I still like that car myself probably cuz I built it. This is now a headache because this guy never etested the car and now I will need an etest since its back to my hands i will for sure need this as my daily and it won't pass due to obd1.

My question is that not only I need it etested but I found out and searched about the hotroding. But I don't know how to to do it.

Does anybody know how to guide me to etest under hotrod? Does anybody know if my hotrod status will approve under MTO for an h23 dohc VTEC on a 1996 accord ex? Has anybody done this swap and successfully etested under hotrod? If not Any alternatives?

Please help guys as I don't have much ppl that know about this in my area.
