Hey guys I have a 98 and I have a bit of a leak going on. I know where it's coming from but not exactly sure what it is that's leaking. Here is a picture of what it is coming from now please tell me what it is lol. Thank you
That's right below my oil filter. And no it's not dripping down from the filter.
Don't have a lude but it has to be oil sending unit(for oil light or guage). Under the rubber boot you have a wire connector. Unplug it and turn engine on to check it. common leak.
Looks like the very common oil cooler o-ring. Pull off the filter and then you undo the shaft through the cooler. The new o-ring is a couple of bucks from Honda, and using an oem part is the best way to go.

What? What's leaking is that thing with the boot over it and the wires coming from it. Are you saying that's an oil cooler?
It's possible it's the oil pressure sensor leaking but if you look behind it to the bottom of the oil cooler which is behind the oil filter it seems to be leaking at the bottom.
