Default !! HELP !! Just B16A swapped my EF, throwing codes 4 and 14

Hey Honda-Tech! Just B16A swapped my DX hatch, OBD0 PR3.

This whole swap came from a donor car, running and driving. Didnt throw any codes, VTEC worked, MPFI was fine.

Now that it's in my car I'm throwing codes 4 and 14. CKP Sensor and IACV.

I'm mainly concerned about the CKP, the wiring for the CKP to the ECU are pins C1 and C2 correct? Orange and white wire?

Well what the donor car had was all the VTEC, MPFI and CKP wiring spliced into the stock harness. I would of just unpinned and pulled thru, sure. But they ran all the wires thru the A/C drain hole and not along with the rest of the wiring where they should have (and where we ran them in my car)

I assumed my CKP wiring was backwards, so I cut the wires, started car. Same thing, so I was like "Oh I knew it!" and reconnected them in the vice versa order as before. YET, still the same thing. Limp mode at 3,500RPM.

I don't think the actual sensor in the distributor went bad from shell to shell could it of? That would be a crazy and inconvenient coincidence.

Please help me if you can, really really want my hatch back on the road.

thanks

Have you checked for continuity in the new wires at C1/C2? Make sure there are no breaks along the way.

Could be pin the in connector isn't making contact.

Also, reset ECU when you makes changes.

Neither C/D pins on the dizzy plug or on C1/C2 on ECU plug have resistance
