Just got a new 96 accord not new but just got it trying to make it more powerful I'm starting with the transmission because its already wrecked what can I upgrade? I'm getting a used one from a different accord and other any other upgrades to get more power out of it? It has a f23a1 engine with about 150k miles on it.

 

You are swapping in a F23A1? The 96 Accord did not come with the F23 from the factory.

 

Yea the stock engine was blown...the one installed is a from a 98 accord
