Hello,

Is there anyone who knows if there exists E-marked or DOT-marked headlights for ITR DC2 with jdm front?

Any help is appriciated!

 

The only DOT approved headlights for the DC2 are the 4 headlight configured front ends. They also must have "DOT" embossed on the lenses. The 1-piece headlights never made it to the US market, hence why they are not DOT approved.

 

Try searching. I remember a couple of years ago there was a post from someone who changed the proyectors, corner lights and a lot of stuff from different cars to pass DOT inspection. I dont remember if it was here or on the other honda sites.

 

Why would you need to pass DOT inspection on headlights?

 

Rules by the norwegian goverment.. I ended up buying a euro spec anyway, so i dont get any trouble with that
