Default Engine Swap Help J Series To F Series

Hello everyone. I have two 98 accords sitting at my place that I have acquired for 750$. One is has a F23A4 series motor and the other is a J30A1 motor. Now reason for swap is the J30A1 dropped two valves after reaching 300k miles on it. I bought the J30A1 V6 for 300$ and drove it for a year and it finally hit the bucket. The F23A4 accord was acquired when my fiances sister ran into the back of a f250 and crushed the front end. The motor and transmission seem fine with around 144k miles.

I have Ecu's, Motor/Transmission Mounts, along with anything else I need from the other accord.

I know the F23A4 is smaller than the J30A1 and will fit into the engine bay no issue. The V6 Accord is the one being used because the body, well it looks good for one thing and I just installed all new tokico 5 way adjustable shocks with new coils. So, I know the suspension will hold up and all.

With all this being said..What all do I need for the swap? Anything I missed for the swap?

ALSO BE NICE AS THIS IS FOR MY FIANCE, SO POWER ISN'T NEEDED. I JUST WANT TO DO THIS SO SHE CAN HAVE A EXTRA CAR IN CASE HER POS CAMRY HITS THE BUCKET.

Edit: I found out the F23A4 Transmission might need to be rebuilt because my fiances sister stated that it sometimes needs you to floor it after it warms up so it would go because it has to skip 1st gear and go straight to 2nd gear. I never noticed this when I drove the car up and down the highway.
