Default 2009 Honda Civic exl

I have replaced the cv axle on driver side got rid of one of the issues.. But still have another issue when I'm at higher speeds my steering wheel shakes and a noise comes from the driver side tire area... Any suggestions on what it could be.. I'm guessing wheel bearing?

Tire is either out of balance or you have a bad tie rod end / ball joint.

Hit a curb or a speed bump too hard on the left side?
