Default 93 accord blowing 80 amp fuse

So i just bought this car, 93 accord ex, no systems working except brake lights. Replaced 80 amp fuse that was blown and all systems apparently working again. Turns over 3 times and blows the 80amp again. I repeated this except this time i removed a suspicious wire from the pos battery terminal that i think may be related to an aftermarket alarm.same results. Didn't have a MM on hand so I'll have too ask you guys for some good leads before i go at it again with one.

Last year some dusche put jumper cables on my wife's Accord backwards and popped the main fuse and amp fuses for the stereo. I got it back home and replaced the main fuse like you and it popped about 5 minutes of driving; leaving me stranded again? Put another in and unhooked my entire sound system and it popped again in like 5 minutes.
I removed the main alternator charge wire from the fuse box and repeated it again.
No fuse blow.
Hooked up the alternator wire and fuse blew again.
Replaced alternator and never had another issue.
