MPFI swap still having issues.
Just finished upgrading my DPFI D15B1 base ef hatch. Swapped in a B2 head with block guard, D16a6 cam, Si/Ex intake and throttle, NEW TPS, NEW TD-02 distributor, NEW EACV, a refurbished Fast Idle Air Control solenoid, and a new timing belt kit. Finally got it to start (originally threw code 15, ignition output signal, so I swapped the two whites on dizzy) replaced the coil with a known good unit, then same with the igniter, still nothing. Tested the igniter, swapped the white wires back, and boom. Car runs.
However, it's now running 2500-3000 rpm right off the bat. TPS at its lowest adjustment runs .4-4.25V instead of .2-4.5V. idle screw above the throttle next to the coal canister inlet is in as far as it will turn, mechanical timing is absolutely spot on. All vacuum lines, fuel lines, and breather lines are new and tight.
Not really sure where to look next.

Technically, unless you have verified that you have the oddball 88 Si camshaft, you're mechanical timing is half a tooth off which is what I was hinting at before in your other thread. Speaking of which you don't need two different threads for the same topic.
