I know the consensus is that OEM is the only way to go but some of the kits on eBay are confusing in that they claim OEM but not ALL of the parts are honda branded.

For example:

This has some honda branded items but the water pump is an "Aisin". Is that OEM?

Fwiw: my uncle is the mechanic but he's deaf and English is not his first language so he doesn't navigate eBay well.

1. Anyone ever buy a kit like this off eBay?
2. Can anyone recommend a kit on eBay?

in the b series world afaik it's:
aisin or npw pump + koyo tensioner + gates belt ( blue if you can afford it ).
