Default Occasional intermittent jerking hesitation at high speed

2001 Accord manual 5-spd 2.3L with 215,000 miles. Problem occurs only at highway speeds (65-80 mph) very occasionally once or twice on a typical 300 mile route. No loss of electrical, lights, etc. Just a single split-second shuddering jerk or hesitation. Tach rpm doesn't change - steady at 3100 rpm. All repairs within past 25,000 miles including: timing belt, tension controller, O2 sensor, throttle body idle control valve, alternator, spark plugs/wires, and power clean injectors. Just passed emissions inspection. I drive 300-mile each way every weekend on Interstate and this has been happening once or twice each way for a couple months. Any help?

My first guess would be the main relay but it could be the coil going out as well.

Hi Tamboo and Holmesnmanny, many thanks for suggestion. My Honda guy suggested ignition coil also (and replace fuel pump relay and igniter all together). That might explain why CEL doesn't come on and it only occurs after car running a highway sppeds for about an hour. EGR valve was recently replaced so that not the problem. I will know by this weekend if it still happens and post follow up.

Since no CEL ever comes on when this happens, and never on initial start up, happens after hour of driving (on highway), I got the original ignition coil, igniter, and fuel pump relay replaced. I will know by tomorrow if that solved the problem. Thanks for all the suggestions.
