Default CRX spring rates for street driving

1989 crx si
started life with old stock suspension, way too soft for me. Installed Eibach pro kits on kyb gr-2 with extended top hats. ride is decent, but still a bit soft with more body roll than I like with ST Sway bars (90-93 teg bars though since i got em from a friend for almost nothing).

the prokits are supposed to be front: 4.9 Kg/mm / 274 Lbs/in and rear: 1.8-2.1Kg/mm / 97-228* Lbs/in

to compare in other cars i had neuspeed race springs and koni sp3 in my accord wagon (at f ~8.5kg/mm r ~5.3kg/mm) that I was reasonably happy with, while i also had a civic hatch with h22 that had tokico illumina with generic coilovers with swapped springs (4.5kg/mm front and 6.2 rear) which got me to 1.8 60 ft at the track...

ASsuming a matched shock, would 9.8KF/6KR springs be overkill? with the shorter wheelbase it seems that could lead to a harsh/choppy ride...what are you guys running who want am ore aggressive ride but still commute? btw i am in my 40s and just wont deal with a shitty ride the way I did when i was in my 20s...

i run skunk2 pro c 8/10kg coilovers. the ride is pretty stiff but it might just be the bad roads in my area. definitely not too too rough to drive daily, i'm very happy with them

I run Tokico Illuminas with Eibach Pro Kits on my hatch. I commute ~90 miles a day. I run the Illuminas on 5. A bit stiff, but it still rides great. My co-worker has the same setup on his crx and runs them on 3. It's a bit too soft for my liking.
