broken bumper to frame bolts
I have a 2007 accord sedan lx
My vehicle was involved in an accident
I went to a junkyard and bought a steel bumper. While taking out the one in my car
One of the nuts stripped and another one was so rusted that it snapped off.
the bolt is attached to the frame and the nut is what i have to remove.
I don't know what to do?
The bolt itself seems to go somewhere in the frame?
some pics

The studs(you refered to as bolts) have to be drilled out and possibly tapped.
Easier to drill it out when the whole support is off.
The stripped nut will be tough.
You could drill though the center till the nut breaks off and remove the studs with the support off.
Or
Use a small angle grinder that will fit in there and grind the nut off.
The studs just screw into the frame. They sort of guide the support onto the car, so it makes screwing the nuts on easier.

Sorry, now I am not to sure how the stud is held on, on your car.
It may just be welded to the frame, or be threaded into the frame.
50/50. The picture where your stud broke off looks like there are thread on the frame for it tho.
Yes, use a bolt/screw extractor kit to remove the broken studs if they are screwed into the frame.
I wold call honda dealer and see if they sell the correct stud/nut, not get one from home depot. Could also used a bolt to bolt up the suport instead of stud/nut.
Once you get the studs out, use a thread chaser to clean up the threads if there are threads.
Hope this helps.
