that is the correct mount kit for 96-00 Civic b or d series 2 bolt
people read way too much into our internal part numbers we put on the mounts as quite a few of our mounts cross over different platforms
in that other picture of the EKLH mount it was discontinued years ago but unfortunately pictures still exist and float around on the internets further confusing people
we include hardware to install the mounts that which you need that factory doesnt fit
when making our stock replacement kits we try and minimize hardware bouncing around in the box and try to utilize factory hardware whenever possible
stock replacement kits normally dont have instructions as they are the same as installing factory mounts in which case a factory service manual can be utilized either in book for or handily found online
