Default leak at block

Hey b/g I have a little problem, since I got my b16 I put a new radiator and the rest of the shebang, but I'v noticed the rad fluid slowly going down. I also saw a little leak from the left hand side of the block just where the head meatsthe block, above the serial #. It is very slow but do you think I should change my head gasket?

do you have any other problems with the car?
oil in the coolant?
coolant in oil?
other head gasket failure signs?

If not, then i'd hold off. But if you've got the time, and the symptoms are there do it.

i had the same kinda leak...looked like it was running down the left sid e of the head. I thought it was the head gasket but after further diag. i found the intake manifold wasnt tight enough to the head....letting coolant leak out. Makd sure that your intake manifold bolts are all torque'd properly. Good luck and let me know if this helps

definately check every single little hose around the intake mani and block also. I bet its up and left of your distributor, or could be your connecting pipe, behind the thermostat.

good luck
