damn haven't seen an ssbp integra out here in Colorado in a while.

 

Start it out at around 8.5-9k and see if someone bites, otherwise I would expect to get 7-8k for it.

Then again, those are some pretty expensive (nice) parts, so I would definitely try to milk it for every penny if you aren't parting it out.

 

^^ 7-8k Still seems really high to me. Maybe it's just my area but I can pretty much get a very similar or better car within the 150-200 mile area for ~$5k give or take. There was a built, sleeved, 10 second CRX that went for only $4500 about 15 miles down the road from me not too long ago. It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. You won't get even close to the sum total of the parts and labor that are in it. In the time when cheap chinese parts are functional and widely available, the average Honda kid is much less likely to see the appeal of real parts like this car has. Could get lucky but I have my doubts for $7-8k. I would say about $5500-6000 on a good day.

 

agreed aftermarket parts dont usually increase the value by as much as we would hope. you would really need to find the right buyer to get that kinda money out of it

 

When you start throwing nice quality parts on your Honda you are definitely losing your *** when you go to sell. Mainly because of the Chinese part loving demographic of your typical Honda fan.

I had a guy ask me if 5k would by my CRX. I laughed soooooo hard. I can get to 5k just naming a few parts off the car. The only way to sell a nice quality build is in pieces.

 

You would be better off parting it out. It's a pain in the *** but you will end up getting more $ that way. I sold my last hatch for $5,700 and it was build with mostly cheap parts, I felt like I got lucky to even get that much out of it.

Years ago I bought a fully built eh hatch for $10k and parted it out, ended up getting about $12,000 for parts after it was all said and done. After going through that I said I never ever wanted to part a car out again. I think I still have the alternator & oil dip stick from that car in my garage lol.

 

Thanks for the input. I just need garage space but don't want to dump it. Lots of time and money invested. I don't think parting out is worth the headache..

 

Just do some simple calculations to see if at least a partial part out would be worth it. Boostedgsr made 2000$ doing so, not sure if it was worth his time though (guess not)

It's either that or, someone is going to get a really nice build for pennys on the dollar. Good luck :p
