Default 2009 Honda Civic max A/C not working

Max AC does not work on my 2009 Honda DX coupe. Damper does not engage to recirc cabin air. AC works fine with outside air, but a bit warm over 90 degrees F.

I have not looked at anything yet, but would appreciate knowing a place to start looking.

I have not found much on google, this forum, or the other forum (8thcivic) about this particular issue.

Thanks

There is a guy with the same question about 5 or 8 posts down, I'm not sure about the bypass valve for the air conditioner ducting, however with Max AC not engaging that is you're Relay going out, the relay is under the hood in a triangle shape fuse box. When ambient temperatures get above 90 degrees the relay starts to fail. Its a $4 part from Honda. It is a small little black Cube about an inch in diameter
