I have a 95 civic ex I have a motor out of 96 civic ex I got every thing ready to drop in and noticed that on the trans that their are two extra plugs on the tranny can anyone help and can I use the OBD out of the 95 What do I do to get around these problems

 

auto or manual? if its auto, forget about it. you can use the motor, but not the transmission.

no problem. your transmission will mate to that motor.
