Default 98 coupe core support/panel alignment

How's it going?

I have a 98 Civic coupe that got in a wreck years ago; I got it and decided to redo the front end since the airbags didn't deploy and the only real damage was to the core support, bumper, and fenders. I had a guy put a core support on it; but the panel alignment isn't as good as I hoped. Anyone have any advice on what I might be able to look into? Everything fits; but not like I would like it to. The bumper is a bit hard to line up; and the lights seem to poke out a bit. I thought it might be that the core support was put on wrong; but I'm not sure. Any advice, even on doing the core support again would be a huge help. Thanks all!
Regards,
Tee

It will take someone who knows what they're doing to make it look factory.
I suggest having a brand new support welded on by a good known shop for the best figment possible. Hand over your parts to them and see how much they would charge extra to line it up for you.

There are other options such as boring out the holes on the parts to have more adjustment, but risk not looking factory in the end too.

Take it to a shop and have them re do it.

Since I can't see what your dealing with I suggest take it to a body shop.
