Sneaky pete or quick defeat?

Sneaky pete or quick defeat?
Wondering if the complete Sneaky Pete kit is all that i would need to run nitrous to my Cold Air Intake, with the bottle sitting under my glove compartment... Also, would Sneaky Pete be sufficient enough to help me run 15's with my automatic D16Z? Any help would be umm... helpful?
