2010 Accord EXL 4 cyl with the airbag light on. Dealer says they need to replace the SRS module because of faultyness (Their words). It has never been in an accident but has codes 92-20, D3-11, and D4-11. Not sure how or why its giving airbags deployed codes.

If I install a new module I'm assuming the same codes will be stored again on the way back to dealer to have it programed?

I was thinking about having the old module sent away to have codes cleared.

Any help or thoughts would be great.

 

There was a safety recall. Is there a reason you're adverse to having them replace the unit?

 

The recall does not include AZ cars.
