Default Secondary o2 sensor removal after Hondata?

I'm getting ready to tune my 98 gsr obd2 (b18c1), I will be running a obd1 ecu from a 95 gsr with a v3 Hondata s300. My question is, I'm going to install a T1R test pipe for a JDM type r. This test pipe does not have a bung for the secondary o2 sensor. Can i run my setup without a secondary o2 sensor? And just plug the hole on the floor board with a rubber plug of some kind.

Obd1 ecus do not look for a secondary o2 sensor so you can just unplug it.
