My 1999-2004 Odyssey Service Manual, page 11-202, "PCM Idle Learn Procedure", contains a "Note: Clearing DTCs with the HDS does not require you to do the idle learn procedure."

Apparently, Honda dealers use an HDS (Honda Diagnostic System, made by/for Honda?) that will reset PCM DTCs, without the technician subsequently having to perform the idle learn procedure.

Are there any relatively inexpensive, 3rd-party, HDS (Honda Diagnostic System) tools that will reset PCM DTC codes without me having to subsequently perform the idle learn procedure?

I've asked a number of resellers from China this question with regard to the HSD tool shown at New Him for Honda Diagnostic System Tool HDS PC Scan Tool Acura Testers | eBay ; but, they don't directly answer the question. They simply repeat the capabilities shown in their description of the product; and, I'm not sufficiently knowledgeable of those capabilities to be able to answer my question.
