Default 1995 del sol D15B project need help

So I've posted on this little project del Sol of mine a few months ago. So here's the thing, the car runs great, but I don't know who's hands this cars been in. So first things first. The wiring harness is not original to this del sol as its stamped d15b HM. So I've read up and hm stamp means motor has been imported. Car doesn't have steering pump or a/c. I want to give the car a tune up but not 100 percent sure what plugs and sparks to buy, the timing belt is exposed so there no cover. And my biggest concern is the wiring harness, it's not plugged into the vtec solenoid. What should I be doing to remedy the wiring problem? And what computer am I using or program do you think I should have installed? I'm kind of lost to Hondas, any help would be appreciated.

d16z6 wiring harness is your answer. you need to figure out exactly which d15b variant you have, there are a bunch of them. the stamp looks to be an hmo stamp, they are one of the best (if not the best) engine importers.

So it's stamped 92. To the left of that there a stamp p08-5 not sure if that's helpful as well

good, it isn't the vtec-e version. p08-x is a d16z6 casting code, but also shows up on some of the jdm d15b's. without seeing the cam, its impossible to guess which one you've got. either way, your p28 ecu will run it fine. if you verify that is the jdm head, you can either chip your p28 to run a p08 basemap, or try to track one down.
