Default Progress CSII VS Koni/GC

"2000 EJ8 DD"
Ordered Progress coilovers only to find out 2 days later. They are not in stock. So my question is should I get a refund and get them from another site or go with Koni/GC.
Is this the proper set up?

As discussed in other threads, Koni/GC is a good combo for street cars that you don't plan on lowering more than 1.38"...maybe 1.5" at max.

They're OK on cars that will see salty roads...but they're not brilliant for that type of use.

I also wouldn't use more than about 250-300LB rear springs for a daily driven civic/integra.
