looks like the Crank Angle Sensor, blue/green goes to C1 on ECU, blue/yellow goes to C2 on ecu.

should be more than 2 wires contained in that shielded wire. there should be 3 in each one (within each shielded wire)

looks to me like the engine had originally been DPFI, and someone did an MPFI swap, but instead of swapping harness just added the 2 wires by themselves. not exactly OE shielding there
