So I'm in kind of a tight spot right now.

A.) Super noob to vehicles.
B.) I need to be on the road by 2pm 05/31

So the bolts I'm referring to are the ones that hold the assembly(?It's the piece the cable connects to, not the...eye? attached to the hood.) to the core support(?the bar above the radiator that you can get t if you remove the grill). I swear they were 10mm, but when I spoke to the gentlemen at Auto Zone I got:
"If we have them they're going to be expensive, but I don't know what size."
and
"Go to Pull'n'Save and see if they have a CR v."
The latter was a good idea, but neither locations here have a CR V in stock.

Can anyone tell me what I need to go get?
Or
Tell me where I need to look for to find out? The diagrams I keep finding are either too vague or I really don't understand mechanics lingo at all. Haha.

I did find the attached picture which I feel is giving me the answer to my question, but I'm just too dumb to realize it.

I want to say the thing I need from this photo is the 6x1.0mm part, but I've never had bolts explained to me.

 

A 6x1mm (6mm dia x 1mm pitch) cap screw (bolt) has a 10mm hex head. Which means a 10mm wrench is the right tool to remove or install the bolt.

Go to a pick and pull, and find any Honda of any year, and harvest "10mm" bolts from it. These will fit your CRV hood latch. You need to find the right length bolts, so grab a variety of 10s of various lengths.

Looks like the hatch needs 3 bolts total.
