1994 Honda accord failed smog no too high
Have a 1994 Honda accord that didn't pass smog. The car passed all but the NO(ppm) meas 1323 at 15 mph....1545 at 25mph .can anyone give me a clue what could be causing this?

Do a compression check as well. If the PSI is higher than expected you may have carbon buildup on the piston tops. You will need to remove the excess carbon to reduce NOx emissions.
