F is which series block, 22 stands for liters so F block 2.2 liter B1 head which is a vtec head. Transmissions bolt to the back side of the block. In short same bolt pattern for no the trannys bell housings. The other things you would need to swap is the flywheels/flexplates so the transmission you are running will mechanically work, then you will need to either swap out the computer for the manual version on desolder the automatic section inside the original computer, also the cb7 axles need to be swapped out, you will need the manual shifter, shifter linkage, manual version center consol, clutch pedal, master and slave cylender, hydraulic clutch pressure regulator, convert the reverse light switch so it works with the manual which is just cutting of the old connector and adding in the one that fits the manual transmission reverse light switch. Then the car is good to go, I do recommend hooking up a clutch safety switch which would be basically cutting the wire that runs from the ignition switch to the starter and soldering and heatshrinking wire extensions to a clutch safety switch so the car can't start without the clutch being pressed just so no one tries to start the car while it is in gear. I also recommend having the manual flywheel/flexplate resurfaced while it is off and out of the car and installing it with a new clutch and pressure plate just so you can eliminate the possibility of having to take the tranmissinon back off and do it later on which would be more work along with, while the Constant Velocity Axles are off you might as well get new big hose clamps for them and pack them full with fresh all purpose bearing grease.
