I am building my car for 85% track use, auto x and drag strip

and the odd daily driving


Now my question is would you delete the brake booster?

I asked this a few years back and was told not for daily driving, but my crx will be more focused on track use only and the odd driving in the city

What are some pros and cons?

You can delete the brake booster and still have acceptable pedal effort, provided you adjust the brake pedal ratio and master cylinder diameter to suit. A typical non-assisted brake system pedal ratio is about 6:1, whereas a boosted system will have closer to 4:1. You'll also typically want to go down a size in master cylinder diameter compared to what you would use with a booster.

I've done it on non-Hondas for track use and with the right changes the drivers of those cars have been very happy.

 

Okay yeah I was planning on going with some sort of wilwood for the cylinder like most tucked systems and how do you adjust the pedal
