F23 is OBD-II and it's auto transmission is controlled by PCM (powertrain control module). I'm going to swap a F23 w/auto into the car. It's a 1993 Civic w/D16A9 and stock auto transmission. I don't want to go OBD-II. So, how can I run the F23 auto transmission?

 

You can't without using the OBDII AT PCM.
