Just wondering if one of you F23 Gurus could do me a favor and take some measurements?

I am looking for the inside diameter of the upper plenum to lower runner opening. Length and width. I am thinking about using them in a current project but have been unable to find any measurements online. Lots of info on throttle body diameter and runner length but nothing on plenum size or volume.

I just typed out a whole bunch of stuff, and it disappeared. WTF??
Let me see if I can remember what I typed, other than I wish you had asked yesterday, as I had the plenum off my wife's car (2000 Accord with an F23 in it) today, cleaning out the EGR port. So, its about 4 inches wide, by about 11 inches long, by about 3 inches deep. Plus there's a 2" neck section that the Throttle body bolts onto (same diameter as the TB). The lower inlets inside the plenum section (ports) are about the same size as the TB, necking down to port size of the head. There's also a trough in there about 1 wide by about 2.25 inches deep running the length for the EGR gases to mix within the plenum.

 

Thanks for the quick response.... it was the length and height (depth) that I was really concerned with. Looks like the plenum will work for my project.

Now the issue is to find two of them on the cheap.

 

Well, I had just finished that job up about 4 hours ago, and had a pretty decent look inside it. No tape measure, as I was mainly trying to put it back together for the wife to drive to work in the morning (she took my back up Geo today and wasn't very happy).

 

lol.... gotta love the backup vehicles!
