Default 91 Accord - instrument panel lights - not D4

Good morning, the D4 light has already been addressed on this car and the alternator has also been tested. When I take my foot off the gas, the front/back lights and door open instrument panel lights flicker for a brief moment. It's been happening for about a week, not sure what to make of it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Verify the battery is not failing, it will need to be properly load/stress tested with a proper carbon pile tester. Not a handheld meter.
Check all your electrical connections.
Verify your main ground/bonding jumpers are intact, tight and not corroded.
Look at your fuse box and check that connections to the ELD(Electrical Load Detector) are clean and tight.
It could be that the ELD is not properly working or maintaining correct electrical load needs.

Hello, thanks for the input, I double checked with my friend who owns the car, it's the tail lights, brake lights and door ajar that flicker when he takes his foot off the gas. He is pretty good mechanically and the battery is recent. He believes it may be a diode on the instrument panel. He does have a spare instrument panel, I think he is going to give that a try and see if it continues.
