Default JDM vs USDM

I'm getting ready to do piston rings and valve seals in a friend's car and need to get some parts. He has a 99 *JDM* B18C5. Will I be ok with 99 *US* Type R OEM valve seals, head bolts, head gasket etc?

I believe the only differences you'll find is the dome on the piston and cam size. The seals, gasket etc should all be the same.
