I would check for rust so you are not running into problems like I am. Look at the rocker panels under the car, especially if there is no mud flaps. Rocks can chip the paint on the rocker panels and the exposed metal will rust.
Other rust spots that I have found on mine is the rear bumper beam, which looks like a common problem. I would not have noticed it, but the bumper was hanging down from all the bolts rusting off.
It just depends on if you are planning to keep the car for a long time. Since I tracked down and bought back my first car, I am making sure to repair the rust as much as I can.

A rhd "conversion" is an extremely intrusive job. This involves cutting out the entire firewall and welding in a rhd one. It also involves the switching of driver controls... pedals, steering wheel, throttle cable, brake lines etc. Also, the replacement of the entire dash, wiring and likely buttons/controls.
Crappy welds can be hidden with sealer and body filler, which is then hidden by paint. The safety and reliability of this car will never be known for sure and if you do decide to buy it, you will never feel comfortable driving it..at any speed. A crummy wiring job can haunt you with endless bizarre symptoms...lights flashing/going dim, radio not working, intermittent gauges etc.
You're looking to buy someones project that they no longer want. Unless it's dirt cheap, I wouldn't advise buying this car.
But who knows, maybe it's legit. Pictures and a price would help
