No accidents or claims. Still has the original Honda windshield! Garage kept and babied all it's life. No rust. Clean ICBC report available via email.

Original BC Canada car. Purchased at Carter Honda in Vancouver BC. Sold in 2007 to the 2nd owner in Duncan BC. I am the 3rd owner.

I have a letter from Honda Canada saying all recalls are complete. I have a compliance letter from Honda America allowing the car to be imported to the USA. These will be provided to the buyer.

Original owner's manual, 2 keys and Compustar remotes, jack, tools, and spare tire
Some receipts for parts and service going back to 2007.
Everything works well as it should. All glass and plastics are in very good condition. Interior and exterior are both in excellent condition.
Fenders are rolled front and rear with an Eastwood fender roller at a local Honda dealer. Rear fender lip paint cracked. Front fender lips have rock chips on the lip. Must be down low and look up to see the flaws in the paint behind the fenders.
Brake pads, rotors and battery recently replaced. Fresh oil and all fluids checked.
The car drives great and is ready to be driven home.

Many thousands of dollars have been invested in the car.

Volk TE37 17x7.5 +40 gunmetal forged wheels with carbon fibre centre caps and Rays lug nuts
Yokohama S Drive 215/35/17 tires with plenty of tread
All fenders rolled by a local Honda dealer to fit the wheels
New cross drilled and slotted rotors and pads. Rotor hats and calipers painted close to OEM bronze.

It's just some extra paper work. Not too bad. I already have the compliance letter from Honda America. I had a buyer from Oregon fly in and buy another car I had earlier this year.

I wouldn't budge on the price if I was you, I've bought two EM1's in the last 4-5 years with similar mileage and bought and sold both of them in the $10,000 dollar range and they are only getting harder to come by. Good luck
