Civic 91 crank, but no power to dash or ecu
Yes I have I removed the fuse box to check and make sure my main relay is good all fuses are good too
i get power to everthing else except to the Ecu and my Indicators (CEL,battery,low oil, or seatbelt )
Radio also works
I needd help i doubled checked all my connection.
Also i dont hear the fuel pump turn on or prime

You have a blown/defective fuse or a wiring problem.
How are to testing the fuses?
Best way is with a 12V test light, [not LED type] and test the fuses right in the fuse box, [test both sides] with ign. in both the run position and the start position, if you unplug the exciter, [starter] lead from the starter motor engine will not crank when testing the fuses.
It is important the check the fuses when cranking to start, it will determine if ign. switch is good or not. 94
