Default Error P1457 on 04 Honda Odyssey - HELP! !

A year ago my daughter wasn't paying attention and drove up on an island and got stuck when a small tree stump it the van right where most of the evap parts are.
I replaced all of the parts, except for the fuel tank vapor control valve. I haven't replaced the pcm either. I also had to replace some of the hosing. I'm still getting p1457. I'm using the cruise control fuse slot as directed. I was able to locate the wires for the canister purge valve. Both of them look fine. I used the ect2000 to find some wires next to those wires that had damage, but I fixed them.
Now when using the ect2000 to double check for shorts to the canister purge valve, I get lights that don't make sense. As well as the voltage for the canister purge valve is 11.77. I understand now that's too low.
It looks like I have a short between the pcm A3 to the evap bypass solenoid valve. I tried using the ect2000, but I'm getting open circuit. I did not connect the ect2000 to the cruise control slot. I connected to A3 on pcm. Is there a fuse slot I can use to look for the short (s)?
I'm thinking that the short(s) around the evap bypass solenoid valve might be causing the decreased voltage for the canister purge valve. Could that be the case?
