Hey guys, Im located in Califonia.

I know before you could not have a b20 legally in you car but recently I've seen some posts on facebook about people having a b20b bar'd.
Supposedly you can just drop a b20b in a civic, replace the intake mani with a stock LS mani, make sure all smog equipment like catalytic converter are in place, and make sure all vacuum lines are good. Then you just bar it for like 10$, is this all true? here is his bar sticker also indicating he has a b20b in there.
