Default Best setup for street / auto x???

i currently am slowly working on my cx hatch right now and was wonering what i should do to it without wasting my money.

i already have progress springs a front sturt bar, rear upper strut bar, rear lower tie bar.

i was planning with my next paycheck to get a front lower tie bar, front itr sway bar and tokico blues non adjustable shocks for only $100 used.

am i on the right track with these parts? after this im gonna get a gsr rear suspension/brake conversion and 99 civic si rear sway bars..rolling on 16" circuit 8's.

how would a b16 hold up in auto x'ing? im getting it practically free from my cousin.

15" rotas + Azenis in 205/50r15 is cheaper and faster than 16"

buy some nice brake pads.. research here and in autocross/road race forum...
