Default "real" eg sir climate control install

i tried searching without any luck on this topic...i am looking for information on installing the sir climate control to true jdm spec...i know it will be very difficult...i was wondering if anyone had info on what is needed...i have the climate control and would like to first try and install it so that it is all electronically controlled rather than just swapping bulbs and the face with the usdm one...thanx for any info...drew

umm... i think you might need the heater, a/c, and fan boxes from behind the dash from a JDM eg, as well as the temperature sensor, and probably an SiR dash harness that you can hack up and splice into your LHD dash harness.

Not worth it.

now that would be a cool *** conversion. get a sir front clip without a motor in it for cheap then slap the dash and firewall in. RHD is a novelty according to many H-T members, but I'd love to have and drive a RHD car if I had the choice.

Talked to my mail man today and he said it's fun, and not hard to get used to. He said he had to go through the drive through at the bank backwards one time though.

That would be some funny **** I gotta get a RHD just to drive in reverse through Mc.Donalds That would be the funniest thing to throw a u-turn in the drive thru and back up to the menu.

a friend ace of ours has a real eg6. took it around the block and what not a few times. its like "oh cool rhd" but then afterawhile its like "who cares, im still a damn civic hatchback". it doesnt feel much different to me after driving the car for a few minutes. EXCEPT turn signals and washer fluid and **** . as far as driving the car and shifting, not all that much different.
