Found a p06-a52 ecu running my d16z6
Feeling adventurous today and wanted to see how much my car has been messed with since it runs rich. Found a p06-a52 and from my research it looks chipped. I think I attached pictures correctly but I was wondering if I could get help figuring out what's added and what it allows and how my performance is being affected
well, the chip install itsself looks decent. it's also been converted to vtec.
But, not everything was done correctly. the J12 resistor needs to be removed, and it's still set up as an auto ecu; it needs to be converted to 5spd by changing a few resistors around

It's a 95 civic coupe 5speed. I believe ex. I work with the one of the previous owners to the car and he swears it had a d16y8 before but I don't see how. He may be right since everything looks touched including the seats and carpet but I haven't seen anything really custom or aftermarket other than things like this. Will the few mistakes in my ecu affect the car much? Should I invest in getting those things corrected?
it may or may not affect things a little or a lot. I would definitely look into having it corrected.
I perform those services, or any of the other known chip/ecu guys on here or the known sites.
I'm located in Connecticut and New Hampshire, if you're anywhere nearby

Yeah I'd be interested but I actually moved from the Salem ,NH area in September to South Carolina so maybe when I visit the fam. I'll keep it in mind. I'm still not sure if it's worth the effort since I know a b-series motor is in its future and I'll want a ecu I can have tuned
^x2
That ECU has all the capabilities you will need. It just needs someone to tune it when you drop in your B series.
As far as telling you how that ECU will effect your engines performance. You will need someone with tuning/Chipped ECU reading capabilities to answer that. All we can do is tell you that it has been chipped.
The 5spd swap has almost been completed as mentioned by motoxxxman.
• RP17 needs to be removed and RP18 needs to be replaced with a 0-Ohm link (jumper wire)
Here is an image of the resistors mentioned

anyone who chips/modifies ECU's can set this up for you. For that matter, anyone who can solder and read directions could do this for you.
