Hello, Ive been looking for an Integra for a few weeks to use as a doner car for my civic and I may have found one. Its been wrecked however, and I just want to get it home, pull everything I need, and have a junkyard take it away...

So my question:

Do I have to transfer the title and wait 6-8 weeks to get it back before I can junk it, or can I junk it with the bill of sale and old title written to me?

Most places will junk it without the title, but it differs by State, Id call a local yard and see what they say.

Don't you get a registration form when you transfer the vehicle?

In Cali, I would go to the DMV and get a junk slip when I transferred it into my name and then just hand that to the junkyard. Don't need a pink with a junk slip.
