95 civic hatch auto tranny

Hey guys transmission gears dwn in every gear expect low gear, d15b engine, stock. Oil level seems is ok n clean.
Any suggesions ??

Are you saying you are manually downshifting the automatic transmission?

Only on very rare occasions should you be manually downshifting an auto.

Check the cable adjustment and do 3 consecutive drain-refill cycles with Castrol Import ATF.
