Default Power issue

My 90 accord while driving will bog way down , almost no power. Then kick back in and be good for awhile.
Any advice on what this may be?

It's a 26 year old family sedan........

Without knowing anything about your car or the condition that it is in. It is rather hard to pinpoint one possible issue. So here are a few things that you could look at.

• Have someone do a compression test on the engine, check it's overall health
Basic maintenance...... I.E
• Test/replace your spark plugs, wires and distributor.
• Replace the air and fuel filter, PCV and any hoses that look subject.
• Clean out the throttle body and intake
• Clean out the EGR ports.

^ Agree, only thing I would add is the O2. They can get "lazy" with age and cause issues without throwing a code.
