Bought 97 accord LX 5sp 10 yrs ago with 139K miles. Currently have 240K miles. Have replaced head, timing belt (kit), timing pickup, half shafts, Clutch, head lights (not so easy), Muffler, Front rotors, Clutch master and slave Cyl, and of course brakes.

Not a mechanic by trade but I do know my way around a car, Troubleshooting practices and how to use a volt/ohm meter.

If you maintain a Honda they can last for a very long time.

Issue, The car started NOT turning over 12 months ago. I have replaced the start relay, starter, ignition switch (elec side). If you short the Start to Solenoid car starts and runs fine. Will not start with ignition. All systems besides No start work fine.

This issue is baffeling me I checked the Clutch switch and it is shorted when Zero ohms when switch is out witch should make the circuit to energize the Start cut relay. I do not have 12 volts on the hot side of the Clutch switch.

Fuses are good,
Any help would be appreciated.
