Need a GREAT motor builder in the Ohio area... 92 Civic
I am working with a friend who has a tired ex-TC Kline 92 Civic Firehawk car. The car hasn't had a rebuild since new and has logged an absurd amount of track miles. It is time for a freshening up this winter, but I am out of the loop as far as who build strong motors.
Any advice?

There's always Tom Payn at Payn Technologies in Detroit. He's a tuning wiz and his shop seems pretty good too.
