Default Should I change my transmission fluid?

I had to pull the axle out of my Accord to warranty it. The car is sitting in the driveway and I ended up having to wait about a week to get the new one and it's rained heavily almost every day since I pulled it. I taped a trash back over it so I think the chances of getting any water directly on the transmission are fairly low, but I'm still worried about moisture. Is it a good idea to change it, or would you leave it alone? It hasn't been long since the last time I changed it. Maybe 5k miles.

Might as well, and use a quality transmission fluid like amsoil.

By chance, have you changed your transmission filter? That is worth doing.
